Education changes everything. Through the Student Sponsorship Program at Honduras Compassion Partners, you help strengthen access to quality education for high school and vocational students in La Paz, Honduras.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
Your sponsorship supports the overall education programs, creating safe learning environments, supporting teachers and staff, and equipping students with the tools they need to succeed.
A student sponsorship represents the cost of education for one student for one year.
SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS:
- $40/month for 12 months
- $480 one-time annual gift
Sponsorships are 12-month commitments, with the option to renew each year. While sponsors are paired with a student for encouragement and connection, all gifts are directed to the Honduras Compassion Partners General Fund and are not given directly to an individual student. Funds are pooled to support the education programs as a whole. This approach allows us to steward resources responsibly and meet the greatest needs across our programs.
STAY CONNECTED TO YOUR STUDENT
Sponsors receive regular updates throughout the school year about their student, including:
- A welcome letter to introduce you to your sponsored student
- A mid-year program and student update so you can personally see all the progress they are making
- An end-of-year thank you because you will have made an incredible different in your student’s life
Remember, as sponsors you are paired with students for relational purposes only, but communication is facilitated by Honduras Compassion Partners to ensure safety and privacy for everyone.
